MIRROR — Laser Reflection Puzzle
UPDATEDAbout MIRROR — Laser Reflection Puzzle
MIRROR is a laser puzzle across 24 handcrafted levels, every one of which has been verified to have a solution. You rotate glass mirrors placed around a board to bend coloured laser beams into matching coloured targets. The rules are simple enough to explain in a sentence and produce puzzles that take real thought, which is the mark of a well-designed logic game. The colour requirement is what lifts it above ordinary beam-bending. Multiple lasers share the same board, so a mirror you rotate to route a red beam correctly will very likely disturb a blue one that was already solved. Levels are constructed so that mirrors serving two beams have exactly one orientation satisfying both, and finding it is the puzzle. Working on one colour at a time and then repairing the damage is the natural approach and usually the slowest. Blockers absorb beams entirely and are placed to rule out the obvious routes, so the intended solution is rarely the shortest path. Each level also has a par move count and a three-star rating, so once you have solved a level there is a second, harder problem: solving it efficiently. Since every level is solver-verified, a stuck player can be confident the fault is theirs.
How to Play MIRROR — Laser Reflection Puzzle
- 1Click or tap a mirror to rotate it.
- 2Laser beams reflect off mirrors and travel until they hit a target or a blocker.
- 3Route each coloured beam into the target of the matching colour.
- 4Solve every target simultaneously to complete the level.
- 5Finish under the par move count to earn three stars.

Tips & Strategy
- Solve for the most constrained beam first. The one with the fewest possible routes fixes several mirrors and narrows everything else.
- Mirrors that serve two beams usually have exactly one orientation satisfying both. Find those before fine-tuning anything else.
- Blockers are placed to rule out the obvious route, so if a direct path exists it is probably not the intended solution.
- For three stars, plan the full solution before touching anything. Exploratory rotations count against your move total.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are all 24 levels definitely solvable?
- Yes. Every level has been solver-verified, so if you are stuck there is a solution to find rather than a broken puzzle.
- What do the stars mean?
- Levels have a par move count. Solving within it earns three stars, which makes efficient solving a separate challenge from solving at all.
- Why does fixing one laser break another?
- Multiple beams share mirrors by design. Levels are built so that shared mirrors have a single orientation satisfying every beam that uses them.
