Chizz Games (https://chizzgames.com) is operated by ADVYRA MEDIA, which acts as the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at support@chizzgames.com with any question about this policy or about your data.

There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account on Chizz Games. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, or payment details, and we hold no database of users. Everything the site remembers about you — your favourites, your recently played list, your saved high scores, and your light or dark theme choice — is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

The site uses your browser’s local storage for the following. This data stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is not transmitted anywhere:

• chizzgames_user — your favourite games, play history, and progress counters.
• chizzgames_theme — whether you chose light or dark mode.
• chizz_hs_* — your best score in each of our built-in arcade games.

Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of it. Because it is tied to one browser on one device, your favourites will not follow you to a different browser.

We show advertising through Google AdSense, and this is how the site is funded. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to measure whether ads are working. Depending on your settings and location, these ads may be personalised using your prior visits to this and other websites.

• You can opt out of personalised advertising from many vendors at optout.aboutads.info.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent notice before personalised advertising cookies are set, and you can change your answer at any time from the link in the site footer.

We use two analytics services to understand how the site is used:

• Google Analytics, via Firebase, which records page views and general usage patterns such as which games are opened and roughly where in the world visitors are.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps — broadly, where people click, scroll, and get stuck. Clarity automatically masks text input, and we do not use it to identify individuals.

Both services set their own cookies and receive your IP address and browser characteristics. You can read Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for how each handles that data. Browser-level tracking protection and ad blockers prevent both from loading.

Most games on Chizz Games are licensed titles that we embed from GameMonetize. When you load one, it runs inside a frame served from that provider’s own domain. That provider can set its own cookies, may show its own advertising inside the game frame, and is not covered by this policy — its own terms apply to what happens inside the frame. We do not control and cannot see the data those games collect.

Our own games, listed under our original titles, run entirely in your browser from our servers and send nothing to any third party.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Since we hold no accounts and no server-side records tied to you, most of these requests are best directed at the third parties named above, whose policies are linked in each section.

For the data stored in your browser, you are in direct control: clearing your site data deletes it immediately and permanently. For anything else, write to support@chizzgames.com and we will help where we can.

Chizz Games is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@chizzgames.com and we will act on it.

We will update this page when the site changes in a way that affects your data, and the “last updated” date above will change with it. Material changes will be noted on the site itself rather than made quietly.
