Terms of Service

Chizz Games is a free website operated by ADVYRA MEDIA that lets you play browser games without downloading or installing anything. The site is supported by advertising. There is no account to create and no charge to play.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the site or its game catalogue for republication elsewhere.
• Use automated tools to generate artificial traffic, ad impressions, or ad clicks.
• Remove, obscure, or interfere with any advertising, attribution, or legal notice.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law where you live.

We may restrict access to anyone who does these things, and we may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

The games on Chizz Games fall into two groups, and different rights apply to each.

• Our original games are developed by ADVYRA MEDIA. The site’s name, design, layout, written descriptions, and code belong to us and are protected by copyright.
• Licensed games are provided through GameMonetize and remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. We embed them under licence; we do not claim ownership of them, and the rights in each game stay with whoever made it.

If you own the rights to a game shown here and want it removed, write to support@chizzgames.com with details of the title and your claim, and we will investigate and act promptly.

Licensed games run inside frames served from their provider’s own systems, and advertising is served by Google. We do not control what those third parties do, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to those parts of the page. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty about the accuracy or quality of any game or description. Games may be added, changed, or removed at any time, including by the providers who supply them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADVYRA MEDIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or lost game progress. Because your favourites, history, and high scores are stored only in your browser, clearing your browser data or switching devices will lose them, and we cannot recover them.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The site is intended for a general audience. Individual games carry their own age ratings and content, which we do not set. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the site as they would any other website.

We may revise these terms as the site develops. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed materially, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
